Update your library's email reference address or URL

Email reference addresses for participating libraries are available on the AskAway website. This page is also linked to in a few of the AskAway scripts.

If you need to update the email address for your library, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the AskAway staff website with your local coordinator account
  2. In the top left corner, click the "Edit library info" shortcut
  3. Here you can update information for your library, including the Email reference URL
    • ​​Note: If you're using an email address, include mailto: (e.g. mailto: ask@abc.ca)
  4. Click Save
  5. The changes will now be reflected on the Email your question page
