Update your library's guest logins

Guest logins for all participating AskAway libraries are available on the guest logins page (login required to view).

If you need to update the guest logins and/or the notes for your library, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the AskAway staff website with your local coordinator account
  2. In the top left corner, click the "Edit library info" shortcut
  3. Here you can update information for your library, including Guest Login User ID, Password, and Notes
  4. Click Save
  5. The changes will now be reflected on the guest logins page
